Welcome to Ephotozine Elle.
I do not know how big is the object you have shot, so I do not know how much you could include of it on your picture but I would have try also to shoot it in a way that the merging point of the beige triangles is leaning too much on one side making some triangles smaller and some bigger. For mr thr picture is abstract because i can't say definitely what is it that you have shot, but the 3 equal size beige triangles make ir somehow more definite, more formal, more symmetric. Shoot off-centre and try other formats as the square 1:1 too and see how the results look like. Feel free to experiment, but keep a notebook of what you are doing so you learn by your trials.
I am wishing you a long, happy and creative photographic journey.
This good I like the way you have done this one
