I've got an club comp coming up in the New Year with the subject "Abstract" and spotted this whilst having 2nd Breakfast at the Boat House in Christchurch this morning.

It works for me on several levels, not least because the orientation of the (hanging) glasses inverts as I look at the image

I wondered what you may make of it - keep or delete?

Very abstract! I had to work hard to see the glasses as hanging once I'd read your description.
Good luck with the competition.

A great image but for me there is just a little too much going on.
