A good lead in and some excellent light across the water.
Nice lead in.
I would have desaturated the colour to improve the shot.
Thanks Martin, Fred and Robert.
Got a B&W version too for uploading another day
Great colour and POV AJ.
A bit of a smasher..the detail and textures are really drawn out with that fine light
Nicely composed, good strong colours and moody conditions
Cheers Ian, Chris and Rob..
Moody it was - and sulky for my two walking rugs who were banished off the jetty after having races to the bottom
wonderful colour and detail,just magic.
fab shot, composition is superb and the colours of the rail and the sky are magnificent, click
Nice one Jeanie, good lead in to the hills in the distance.
Thank you Bob, Tom and Tom..
Love the green colour in contrast with the composition. Beautiful capture, i like it
Wonderful perspective and colours. Lovely work J.

What a pair LOL!
Perfect camera work Jeanie, light , colour, detail, composition - spot on!
great colour and perspective
love the contrast between the rusty rails and the pristine looking boardwalk.
Lovely dramtic sky, super shot.
Lovely work ... glad to be #30 Jeanie ...
Really draws you in. Excellent capture Jeanie.
Nice, but I agree with glyndwr, the railings positively fluoresce on my monitor! . I love the look of the wood though, that's just right, so selective adjustment maybe...
Hi Noe, Ali, Paul, Mandy, Judi, Phil, Bert, Paul and John.
The rails really did stand out like that John - thats what attracted me to them as we drove along the road towards them...they stood out like a sore thumb Especially when the sun hit them.
Great mix of colour and tones. Gels together perfectly Jeanie. Ron.
haha I am 40....lol
love the colours
Thank you Ron, Petra and Rodd.
"Boom boom, acharacle boom boom, everybody walk the dinosaur"
Sorry, but when something gets stuck in your head, sometimes you just have to share it with everyone else...
wonderful colours and perspective
Thank you David and Nicholas.
LOL David - with comments like that I am more convinced than ever that you are as daft as your dad!
(wanders off humming that tune now.....)
Love the colours on the jetty post things - - and the ones in the rest of the shot too - - - not terribly coherent this morning Jeanie - sorry!
(STOP WITTERING WOMAN) - - guess I just want to say I really, really like it!!!
Cheers Fran... not quite awake myself yet, even though I have been out since 9.30.. aha! I know - coffee required...want some?
The rust contrasts very nciely with the green on the posts and the lines from the wood do a great taking you to those lovely rich colours from the trees
Looking good Jeanie.
p.s. Comment added from fastest inernet cafe in the world at Goonhilly Satellite station in Cornwall
LOL Paul... You must have heard me querying why you were online when on holiday!!!!! I take it, its raining
Actually, this looks more appealing than the thumbnail suggests, but I do prefer the mono version all told.
Thank you for your thoughts Keith.
