Brief halt while the route we are travelling is checked for potential danger, a real hazard when travelling cross country.
In the distance can be seen the Red Desert known as Registan.
This is an interesting Phenomenon at any time but most especially from the air.
There is no gradual fading from barren ground to red desert it just instantly changes, it is such a definate line that it can bee seen from space.
