Played with this archive shot of the rain drenched tulips in Pshop. The idea of the streaky-ish background to suggest rain; and to try to create some colour impact! Whether it has worked or not ............?! Thank you for looking.

Too bright and blue to give a rain impression, Lavina, but it does make an excellent colour contrast for the orange tulips.

Since you've titled it After The Rain, the blue sky is fine, and sets off the tulips nicely. I don't think you needed the rain effect in the sky, though.
Blue complements the tulips in this beautiful arrangement.
