He's all wrapped up in that thick coat in this warm weather. Even the pigeon is looking at him in puzzlement. But perhaps it's all he's got and has to hang on to it.

From the bemused pigeon, the pointing, almost accusing finger of the woman, the contrast from there to the advertising in the background...it all comes together to tell a story about the sad reality of our modern society, Ken.
This is a brilliant image, IMHO. Like it very much.
