... particularly as the water levels are considerably lower than normal in South Wales. You can see the overflow is actually a good five feet above the current level of Pontsticill Reservoir.
Will have to go back another time to watch the water flowing into the drain.
One from a quick stop-off here with Fran on our way back home ... cheers for looking in. I'll update all the Exif Details later when I get home.
Dramatic sky Paul
Yeah, I was getting some long exposures for some inexplicable reason
Oh yes... this one hits the spot nicely! Lovely shot Paul.
Cheers Harsh, appreciate it mate!!!
A fascinating combination of pin sharpness and motion blur.
Aye Lynne ... gotta love that BIG Stopper at times like this
Outstanding image, really well composed,
10 stops 10 clicks
A beautiful image, clearly taken by a very talented photographer.
Nice one Mate...worth a lie in to get a shot like this.If you had gone to the coast early you would have been rewarded to.
Hope you had a good break despite the weather.
Brilliant long exposure shot.
Beautiful Paul. Just ooozes quality
That is very dramatic Paul, the clouds are incredible, and who can say that about clouds?!
Can see the shallowness through the water, under the reflections there, lovely composition
great image and safe return home to you both
Like the light and good details in this combined with the movement in the clouds gives a great image Paul
Brilliant image, love the sky movement, with the long exposure........John
Pontsticill is looking particularly attractive here Paul. Clearly the good weather was closer to home. Of the five days in Glencoe it only stopped raining last night and this morning. Perhaps I should have gone to Nash Point instead
Wow ..stunning and love the title
Woooosh...the stopper has done it's job on the sky here Paul.
Good dramatic colours & a great big plug-hole
