And following on from the beach, here's the mighty
castle at Bamburgh on the Northumberland coast.
I know many of you will recognize it, especially Carol.
*sigh, happy memories of our honeymoon in the village many
years ago. It was very nice to re-visit it all last year.
Thanks heaps for all the C&C's for my last upload looking
out to sea.

An image of Bamburgh Castle which we do not see enough of. The more classical view being from the beach, however this has certainly has plenty of charm and character, and I must say I rather like the whole composition. The circling birds above the castle certainly provide a sense of mood and mystery. "Maybe a monochrome conversion may enhance this feeling further?"
Regards Nathan
An imposing place from whichever angle you view it. The birds do add a bit extra. Well captured, Barbara.
