Good day to you all at ePz
Thank you all so very much for your great comments and votes following my 'Tears' upload from the heating duct yesterday.
Todays image is a little random because I don't really know why I took it. It does however fit the Shadow Saturday theme.
I hope that you all have a great day, for me not sure what I am going to be getting up to. Probably a lot of rest as I am off to Twickenham tomorrow to watch England take on Wales in the Rugby.
Would not like to be in the alley Nathan
but some good shadows caught
enjoy tomorrow...lucky you I will be watching on TV
Fine composition Nathan,
Excellent addition to Saturday shadows Nathan.
Intriguing. This moves from grey to blue (blue skies implied at the end of the tunnels?), with hints of blue in the foreground walls as transition. I like that strong diagonal shaft of light on the floor, and the way the diagonals hit the top corners.
Photo made by blue light at end of alley. Regards Martin.
Take it easy to day so that you can have a great time tomorrow Nathan

Why not Nathan? There are lots of interesting colours, shapes, lines and shadows in this and there is plenty room for the prosaic as well as the pretty on this site.
A great back alley with magic shades of light and shadow. Well done Nathan
I like this because it leaves me wondering what is up there around the corner. Muted colour & concrete & surprisingly little graffiti. Pleasing shapes & shadows.
Well spotted I say
Great capture, Nathan. Well composed with shadows, shapes and light creating an excellent image.
Like it a lot Nathan , very well taken and presented.....
I don't think I would like to walk through that alley ! Perfect for Saturday Nathan..
Enjoy the game !!
Must admit it doesn't look the most inviting of walkways but the shafts of light are very pleasing Nathan. Well worth the taking.
quite a clean alley as well Nathan as you say shadows fit the Saturday bill...enjoy the rugby Wales will win
soft shadows enticing you into the blue paradise beyond?
Love the blue light at the end of the alley, draws you into a place you don't want to go....an excellent capture Nathan....
Wow, enjoy the game we will be watching on TV
Brilliant Nathan its got everything
Doesn't exactly encourage one to walk down but I do wonder what's at the end!!! I've climbed many a hill to see what's around the corner!!! Great moody image.
A nice capture Nathan, as above where doese it lead?
Great Saturday shot love the shadows leading into the image, where does it go to? that the quest for your next picture. Regards Dave have agreat day at the rugby
The little alley looks intriguing and I love the DOF and those tinges of blues.
With or without the f/g shaft of light this is a winner.
Surprising what you can find in alleys. Like it very much Nathan.
an interesting light play here!
You always think different,lovely.
a beautiful image
Maybe the blue light and the graffiti attracted you. Have fun tomorrow.
Good depth to the alley here Nathan.
A fine shot.
Great shadows here Nathan.
Best wishes Patricia
wonderful shot though i wouldn't go there ! have a wonderful time tomorrow i always do when i go there cmon england
Looks a bit of a dodgy alley to be wandering down, but you've captured some nice light and shadows here, Nathan
Quote: Great shadows here Nathan. --- I agree with Patty the Pentax ! --- Jukka.
Best wishes Patricia
The lack of colours other than the blue and the grey of the concrete look at first like selective colouring, Nathan.
There's a strong sense of being drawn into the image by the distant blue, but also a coldness that makes one hesitate.
I'd say Four Urinals, Four WC's, Two Air Con' condense, and the wast from probably Two to Four Basins Nathan
A very well seen image whatever, and that Blue certainly hits the spot.
Enjoy the Game mate, come on England!!! (You're not Welsh by any chance Nathan? )
It looks a sad place, unkempt and does it smell of you know what.....................
The alley looks a bit creepy but a great shadow.
I hope you have a wonderful trip tomorrow & perhaps some action shots!
It looks a bit creepy , but a strong image , enjoy the Rugby tomorrow.
Well taken image Nathan. Enjoy your day tomorrow
So different, so soul searching! Ann.
Great shot Nathan. Enjoy tomorrow. Cathy
An amazing scene and capture
I like the diagonal shaft and the squares of lit areas, Nathan.
Transformed by that stunning blue.
Good portrayal of urban decay. Strong lines lead you to the blue at the end of the alley.
I like this, so it's good that you took it. Would look more sinister in the evening.
Nice lead down the alley Nathan. Love the blue
