Two close-up shots of different varieties of Alpine Geranium in the garden, both taken yesterday, again during a lull in hedge trimming.
The rain drops are the result of a very fine drizzle, and I could not actually see them with the unaided eye!
V 1 is 22mm. in diameter.
V 2 is 18mm. in diameter.

Many thanks to all who supported "All Bunched Up"........I was not expecting such a response as I was less than 100% happy with it. Many thanks to all.

Ronnie.

Only one shot turned up here Ronnie ! However it's a great shot of a very pretty variety of Geranium, improved no end by having recently been rained on.

Mine too have begun flowering and no lack of raindrops on them either! Both beautiful looking Geranium flowers and great colours. Of the 1 I prefer V1. Lovely details, like the bud you included on both shots and the lighting.

Love the saturation of the greens in V1 against the subtle pinks with excellent close up detail and the wee tad of vignette works well. V2 a nice bright image with good details and the droplets in both always help we have a clear winner today Both!

Two cracking images, Ronnie, with the added bonus of the raindrops! Wink Each of these would merit its own upload, both are top quality, but if I'd to pick a fave, V1 I think for the more pastel colours and the way it's framed by the leaves and the bud Smile

Outstanding work here Ronnie, the colours textures and detail all wonderful. The water droplets are for real too, not the sprayed on variety. In scotland you dodn't really need a fine spray when mother nature decides to do the job for us. Bothe images are gorgeous and so small.
