At last I cry....a Fly Agaric for my p/f
It has taken me around 2 years to find one of these,I know they are fairly common to some places but not in my woods !! So I was delighted to find a selection during my trip to Laughton Woods with AlleyCatz (Alison).
A fair few to see but many had been the main course of the slugs before the shutter went down
This one has been nibbled a little but I think it adds to the interest of the image.
Alison held the gold reflector in place whilst I messed around with the camera
I would have liked to have used a better dof but getting the balance of detail on the subject & a nice OOF bg proved to be a little tricky,simply because of the size of the subject......around 6" across....
