Thanks for the welcome back and the kind comments and votes on the Courting grebes - I apologise for their quality but as said grab shots and it was all over in seconds.
Today are two shots of the Amur tiger I took at the big cat shoot the wife kindly gave me for my 70th birthday. I hope you enjoy them as I did taking them.
Modifications and comments are always welcome
Ray

Two lovely images with great colour and detail. I especially like V1. He/she looks so dignified and sunk deep in thought.

I see we are of the exact same vintage, Ray: you have managed a more exotic shoot though than I ever manage, and so well captured at that.
Very fine captures of this magnificent big cat.

Great shots Ray. If you love wildlife have a look at the Wingham Wildlife Park - their photo days are very good value and not too far from Smarden. You get to go in the enclosures with some of the animals, great fun. Grin

Julie

V1 gets my vote but both are really good shots and a great present to receive from your wife. Excellent on both counts. Elaine

Love the head markings on this Tiger that have been superbly captured in this shot. You kept your 70th birthday undercover Ray - otherwise I would have sent you a birthday card!!
