Have to agree with Sus re the highlights, have posted a mod. Reflector cloned out, background blurred and highlights burnt in to try and take away the harshness.

Another option could be to apply a slight soft focus filter.

Not sure if you've already done some work in PS, but the arm propping up the head looks a little strange. Almost like a double exposure. There is a strange halo along the length of it. Actually it is the upper part of the arm, but it doesn't quite look right. Maybe needed a touch more shadow to differentiate.

Worth perservering though.
