One from last October, a view from one of my favourite spots, Craigie Fort, and looking over the marina at Balmaha towards the distant Campsie Hills.
The early autumn colours were starting to replace the uniform greens of summer.

My thanks to all for the kind comments on Foxglove and a big thank you to Pam {mashwood10} for her User Award.

Ronnie.

Very accomplished at most disciplines, Ronnie, but it's your landscapes that are my favourites. Spot on with the natural framing and composition, a natural channel for the eye and a scene which contains detail and interest throughout.

Looking through the tree frame does give this a 3D effect.
Lovely example of our Scottish scenery.

A wonderful view Ronnie, I don't want to be reminded of autumn already although the weather we've had today has been rather apt for that time of year!
