His expression just reminded me of Cosmo Smallpiece, one of Les Dawson's characters from his sketch shows in the 70's

He is suffering from that little know affliction that all bowlers eventually suffer Davey.It is called ''bowlers twitch''.The muscle in one eye weakens after all these years of lining up the shot.Either that,or he has spotted the Presidents wife and he is giving her the signal to come up and see his trophies some time !!

Nothing much gets past you Mick. You should have been a detective. 
Only trouble with the mod is, it lightens up the blue umbrella I took great pains, and considerable time, to darken convincingly. You can't have it all, I suppose.
I bet all the young girls go weak at the knees when he winks at them like that!
