Some great detail & a super flower to photograph.
Could perhaps do with a tweak in your editing program,especially adding a touch more contrast just to bring out the colours & textures a little better.

Totally agree - this version does look flat compared to the original...v2 has had a small boost to the contrast.

Such a beautiful flower - you've caught it well. I must admit, I did a mod before I read the above comment and noticed a second version!! As you say, it just needed a small tweak in the lighting/contrast and I gave a tiny bit of sharpening.
