Well, maybe not another dollar - more like a few (euro) cents, if she's lucky. The extended hand is pointed in my direction, but I was some distance away (using a 14mm pancake: hence this image is heavily cropped in order more effectively to isolate the subject), and I don't know who she was looking at. Anyway, I gave her nowt.

Shot at the entrance to Sacre Coeur, March this year.

Camera:Panasonic GF2
Lens:14mm
Recording media:RAW (digital)

Great title for this very nicely composed shot Bob. I guess foreign Coins and Washers go in the Bin.

Superb shot, great textures and tones, and a very sad commentary on today's society.

I wonder if anyone mistakes her for the ticket office. She's sitting in the right place.
Nice bright and clear image.

Excellent image - Paris was the first place I saw people begging (many years ago) - in fact, they were begging there before they were in London.

Don't want to get into the ''politics'' of it all Bob,
but I fear like most things,it is the minority that spoil it for the majority.
I fear that there are too many ''non genuine'' cases on the streets today !!
Good shot.
Mick.
