More from Eastbourne...I'm hoping to get down to Cornwall sometime soon but with the fuel protests on the horizon...I may have a long wait. I do need to get some new material so I hope you're not too bored with these.
0.9 + 0.3 soft ND Grads used.
All comments welcome.
Beautiful shot. Well done!
Definately couldn't get bored of shots like this. Perfectly exposed, I love the orange contrasting with the darker colour of the clouds. Lovely blur on the water too.

Hope you make it down to Cornwall (that's where I grew up) - lots of beautiful scenery to be photographed.
Lovely delicate lighting complimented by the misty effect on the water:0)
Another really good composition with lighting that is just perfect. Beautiful photography.
Helen another great composition, fabulous light and perfectly exposed.

oops sorry, pressed it twice

a lovely sea scape
not bored at all. a cracking shot
Thanks everyone. Richard..I've just checked shutter speed...1.3 seconds f16.
Exceptional quality throughout, Helen. I echo Nic Duncan's comment above - what do you do with your extraordinary images? Surely there's serious publishing potential here.
One question I wanted to ask, Helen : when you say you use combined ND grads, is that one on top of the other or one inverse? Presumably the former to compensate for the significant contrast in exposure?
You kidding? You could keep cranking these out and they would not be boring.... at least for a while! I like the light on the tip of the clouds the best here.
love the water and clouds
great composition and detail, excellent colours in clouds and water

It's been silent over on your side lately. I hope things are going well for you.
What a pristine shot. Love everything on this image; beautiful foreground rocks, the soft flowing sea water, the detailed background rocks and the gorgeous colors off the stormy clouds.

I could probably go anf click and comment on everything in here, Helen, it's just superb.
