Quote: I think you might have a dust/rain spot middle bottom, just in case you get it printed ... but a very minor point on what is a lovely shot!!!
Thanks Paul
I think its just the sand but no bother to clone it out just incase ![]()
Thankyou everyone and LMAO @ Davie ....bless! Your knees certainly wouldent have appreciated the walk through the bog and mire to get to these dunes....almost sucked the wellies off!
I woulden't have taken up your offer even if you'd remembered...think I deserve a year off from Tourists and Scotland in general! ![]()
Thankyou Richard, doing Ok, slowly gettin sorted practically and emotionally ![]()

Great image with some very special colour Angie, looks like you were running around in the sand as well.
All the very best

This is absolutely, mind-blowingly, breath-takingly, superlative-defyingly good. The contrast between the firey, explosive sky and the cool white landscape beneath it is just of out of this world. My favourite EPZ image for many a month. I need to go and lie down.
Wow thankyou Flindt! And a Big thankyou to you and Fran for the awards!
(can't you steel some pics off your hubby Fran? you dont need mine surely?
lol)
Thankyou everyone for your great comments and responce to this upload. I'm really chuffed cause my 400D broke on the way to this holiday and even though Dougstar1 was kind enough to loan me his old 350D I struggled with it a bit at first.I'm very pleased you all loved this so much

I'm off to dance round the house........
This is absolutely, envy-makingly stunning! You say it is digitally manipulated - any chance you could do a short piece on what you did so we lesser mortals might learn a thing or two??
Fabulous landscape. Worthy of every possible accolade
Penny
Beautiful image. Such a lovely scene with striking colours in a bold sky
Superb...those sigma 10-20's are a great tool in the right hands. Lovely picture.
Well done, congratulations on the awards.
Dave
Not been on that much of late Angie so my apologies for missing this shot. Well done on so many well deserved awards.
Hope you are settling in.

Congrates. Fentastic shot. I am really feeling that my daughter became the winner of the month, I am not having daughters hence I felt like that. Thank you.

Thankyou once again everyone for all your lovely comments and feedback, havent been back onto this image for a while so appologies for not saying sooner! x x
Ethereal and evocative, absolutely stunning! Makes my landscape photography look like a day at Butlins. The sunset implies some mythical moment in time, the first step into a fantasy not yet realized.
