Eldon Square bus station in Newcastle has wonderful artwork - enigmatic silhouetted figures on glass panels, that blend in with passengers.
It also has a very polite but firm No Photography rule, which I enjoy breaking. This was taken while sitting waiting for the number 10.
I have a b&w conversion which works differently for me, so I'm keeping it for another day.
Thanks for looking,
Moira

Excellent attention-holding image. Very enigmatic.

Great shot, Moira...looking forward to the next EPZ meet when we can get organised to come up there! ![]()
You've made this work very well Moira, and all the better for being a Rule bender.

Wonderful Moira.
Really like the reflections in the silhouettes.
David
Neat shot incorporating those symbols, and the curve, adding to the movement of it all.
I would be anxious that someone would pounce on me Moira but you were very brave - good interesting pic
This had to be yours Moira ![]()

Well observed and a great composition

They do seem to be hustling up behind the real woman.Nothing lie breaking the rules when they are as daft as some we have to live with these days Moira.

I've just gone to the purchase of a Canon G12 to take on vacation - for its size and articulated LCD - and the ability to take photos and not have anyone realize it. The rule to not photograph irritates the h*ll out of me - and I love to break that rule too. I have a friend who is adept at subterfuge with his Iphone - walking around with it up to his ear while he is shooting people ![]()
I'll be interested to see this in mono - but there is something about the blue tones in the glass that speak to me here; that and the way you used the curve at the top and bottom of the glass display in the composition.
