Good contrast between the old, rough textures and the young model.
Thanks you too.....I can't believe I've posted so early...The dogs been barking all night so in the end I gave in and got up ( she wanted to play..gggrrrr).........it feels like mid morning now.
Shame its the last one :-(
Liked the series Cathy, model was well photographed by you. Your experience shone through. Ron.
Like the lighting and details in this Cathy - well captured.
It's been a good series of images.
Loving the contrast in the working barn and the fancy dresses in these shots
What a wonderful set of images......Ashley and Taylor must be delighted with them
They haven't seen them yet...LOL
Do you know them, they are Danielle's friends.
Yes, I know them. I'm going to show Colin when I get home.....I doubt Danielle has seen them yet either then!
You've done a wonderful job - I'm sure they will be over the moon with them!
Really like this - reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. And no I'm not being a perv.. :o)
Hello stranger....still got your all over tan??
You're joking aren't you ? Westers junior would need factor 300 if he was exposed to the sun...he's a bit like a mole - likes dark and moist tunnels and hates the sun...
PMSL......what are you like.
Keep her away from that barbed wire. Great photo.
Great combination of glamour and grittiness.
Technically a very good shot in my opinion. However in terms of composition Im not convinced. The use of the light above is a little cliche and although it does provide illumination to the face the fact that the girl is staring out through what appears tobe corrugated plastic doesnt really appeal ... she cant be enjoying the view for sure! Both because of the level and the subject ...
To make this work better I think there needs to be less space between her and the light, or alternatively to not have her focus directed at the light itself.
I do like cluttered compositions but the positioning of the other items dont work too well for me either. The ladder is too far left and would have been better placed more towards the middle .. where it would give better balance. I do like the wire though.
Outfit and model are both excellent and I quite like the dressed up feel in a dressed down location ...
Overall a very good shot but not as good as you are capable of in my opinion.
Thank you Dan...I felt this was my weakest out of the four and of course you are right about her gaze....
I would argue that some girls like corrugated plastic ...thats if I knew any. LOL
Have to agree with Dan, I don't understand what this picture is for. Sorry.......Or am I missing something. Whats the underlying narrative?
Glamerous building inspector?
HHHmmmm...your not wrong. I wasn't going to post this one..next time I'll stick with my instincts.
I like this alot, the lighting is good for me and since the meaning of the image isn't obvious, you can read whatever you like into it.
