Hi Folks,
Once again my thanks for all the recent comments and clicks and my apologies for not having the time to reciprocate.
This one was taken nearly a fortnight ago, the day before a storm devastated the trees in this area. I had been wanting to capture these trees in all their autumn glory in some decent light and had all but given up. As you can see, they were already past their best but still very colourful compared with 24 hours later. I'm not sure these 'no sky' shots are a hit on ePz but I haven't been able to get out much recently and the cupboard is pretty bare. Please view the large version for bigger trees.

Some truely glorious colour here Dave - I am just wonder if this has been a little oversharpened?? No matter - still a great example of natures' wonders!

The mountain behind us looks just like that right now, just wish the mist would lift and stop raining to get out and take some shots !
