Great autumn colours but I think it would have more impact if you closed in and filled the frame with a smaller area of colourful leaves.

You could experiment with different points of view to see which works best.

The range of colours here represent the autumn theme very well.

Cropped to remove the darker area to the right of centre, so now it's a portrait!
Increased mid tones (in levels), brightness and contrast a little and removed noise.
Since this is basically an abstract anyway though, I think any improvements, or otherwise, will be in the eye of the beholder.

Thank you all very much for your comments. I take the point about the lack of focal point. I had in mind to use part of a larger image to create some sort of abstract with some filter treatments. I do like the modification. Thanks again.
