First time I have tried this motion blur mularky and this was the best of the bunch. I was sitting on the ground just by the 4th tee on out local golf course and I did get some funny looks, not least because it was raining!

Thanks all, not usually my thing either Peter but it's like a lot of things, once you start experimenting you start to get pulled in!

You can't see the wood for the trees in this psychedelic image, I like the effect you've achieved. I would imagine the golf course would look like this if you'd had a few jars in the club house before playing your round!WinkGrin

You've obviously never been to out club house Ed, a cappuccino out of a machine is as good as it gets!

Thanks Kate, there is a brilliant photographer local to us called Nicki Gwynn Jones whose work I really admire. She mainly specialises in very high key images of birds but also does some lovely atmospheric landscapes and I was reading on her website the technique she used to get the gentle blurred effect. She hand holds her camera and breaths in as she releases the shutter. My efforts are nothing like what she produces but I was trying that technique out and although need a lot more practice, quite liked the effect I was getting. SmileSmile
