Another shot of the amazing stones at Avebury in Wiltshire but this time a mono image as this one seemed to lend itself to black and white so well.

Works well in B and W, Sue, there being a good range of tones and contrast, the sun being hidden behind the large f/g stone.

A bit of a feel of Pan-F and a red filter (which is a good thing for a landscape...)

With that sky emerging from behind the stone, it gives the impression of having just risen up from the ground in a moment of revelation.
Excellent choice for mono treatment, Sue. Love it.
