...I went back today to get a couple of shots in better light.
Like this one better than the last....the lead in with the footprints and the conversion to mono. V2 seems to loose that simplicity....and the snow looks like sand!
Two beautiful and nicely image,
Very nice indeed. Love the footprints. I can imagine someone hiding in the bushes.
Cracking shots, very nicely done.
Prefer V2..........both nicely processed............
Great use of the tracks in the composition
Thanks for comments (much appreciated) and GA John..
Love those footprints! The 'yellow sand' in V2 brings Man Friday's first appearance to mind, but I still prefer b&w all the way.
Simple, but superb !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
B&W all the way for me - superb image.
A storyline every step of the way - an image to treasure.
Great image, well captured, great the way the tracks lead you into the image
horizon is off, balance' needs balance, the rest perfect
Thanks for comments.
Horizon is how the scene is (ie a slope)
I could make it level in ps. I could also take out the power cables which run level with the horizon behind the trees can be seen if viewed closely, but I decided to post what I saw. (not that I see in mono)
Superb atmospheric mono and love the use of footprints as a lead in. Decided to award a UA. Nice work.
Nice use of the tracks to create a great leading line. Well done.
