This big bald headed eagle landed in a tree near our house today. Still quite far away so this has been cropped quite a lot. Then played with a b/g layer because the sky was just plain white.

A lovely composition. The only thing to do now as far as I can see is give it an all round colour boost. Well done. WesternRed.
Love the processing Sandy. It would great on the wall

A lovely post processing rendering, complimenting this msgnificent bird
What a joy to have the chance to capture this magnificent bird in the wild. All we can manage here it those in reserves or zoo's. Fine shot Sandy although I feel perhaps the BG texture may be slightly overdone and is obscuring some of the fine detail of the bird.

A beautiful piece of artwork, Sandy yet retaining enough detail to present a charming portrait study too.

Lovely processing and presentation, Sandy - how lucky you are to have these in your neighbourhood...all I get are sparrows and pigeons! ![]()
