you can sense the crisp clean sea air in this image.......I can almost smell the ozone!
Fine B and W presentation, Jenni, beautiful light, good contrast range, interesting f/g detail in the sand ripples and belt of seaweed, nice partial reflections and with the inclusion of the distant figures, a sense of scale is built in.

No not a lot of cloud but you more than made up for it with the fantastic detail in the foreground, very good shot well composed.

This doesn't need cloud, Jennie. The lack of sky detail gives a very clean, uncluttered overall look to the image.
