I was determined to get out with my camera yesterday. After a brief call in at Beadnell Bay to plan out a future trip I continued up the coast to Bamburgh. The almost continuous rain kept most people off the beach. I don't often use a lens shade but it was invaluable to keep the rain drops off my lens.
After a thorough soaking I returned to my car pleased that I had made the effort.
