nice idea with the staggered subjects, overall the image is a little dark and a bit of a crop off the top would help, i think the image would work more had the front guy(i take it he is the lead man) take a few steps forwad so hes more prominent in the picture and the guy in the hat moves a step or two forward just to give a bit more 3d to the image, G
