Its a nice image Arnold. I like the toning, and the dramatic sky. Im sure your original looks a little sharper than the image here, - which is slightly soft, and if thats the case, then you need to check the new resized image for sharpness BEFORE you upload. Just open it, check sharpness, sharpen as needed, save and then upload.
I would suggest lowering the building a little (more sky at the top) and moving it a little more to the right, - just improves the composition.
Ive loaded a mod with that done, and also some variations on toning that might also suit.
