We went to Barnsdale Gardens ( Geoff Hamiltons, that was, and is now kept going by his son) near Rutland Water on Wednesday, a warm but dull day. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous, I would reccommend a visit. This is a rambling rose which was growing over an arch, I thing it was called "Rambling Rector" Thanks for all c and cs. Have a good weekend.

Two beautiful close-ups, Sylvia, like V1 as it includes some of the background, but like the way the flower is reaching out of the frame in V2 ![]()
