I was lucky enought to spend a few days at the Barscobe Estate in Balmaclellan Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland last week - this was taken in Barscobe Wood near the Holy Linn Waterfall.
A bit different for me (Bluebells) but they were there and so was I and... Wink

My thanks for your time, as usual your thoughts/comments are very welcome!

A fine and subtle spirit dwells
In every little flower,
Each one its own sweet feeling breathes
With more or less of power.
There is a silent eloquence
In every wild bluebell
That fills my softened heart with bliss
That words could never tell.

Poem - Anne Bronte

A very fine shot of this solo bluebell, Sarah: and such an appropriate verse to accompany it.
Ronnie.

Very nice, I do like the deeper colour bluebells rather than the pastel ones Smile

Taking a single stem instead of going for more works. Well Sarah, good choice.

Very well done Sarah. Very natural looking light on the flower and a perfect background.

You have been to a beautiful part of God's country, Sarah. I envy you as I have only ever driven through the area on my way elsewhere.
