A recent air display and first attempt at aeroplane photography, my comfort zone is usualy landcscapes and subjects that tend to keep still, rather pleased with the finished image. thanks for looking.

Oh what I'd give to be there... Luckily we'll be getting a Spitfire soon at the Malta Airshow, but I doubt it will be doing a flying display... Well done with this shot, beautiful background too.

Hi James, yes it was put in afterwards, the planes where perfectly exposed for and the sky was blown out a little so it made sence to replace it. Incidently I did take the image of the sky too so its all my own work so to speak, I have a library of them which I use on the odd occasion. Best Regards Phil

Your shutter speed is far to high needs to be in the 125sec area to get a full prop blur ,but a nice shot that can be improved
