Bausch & Lomb Spotter Scope, first day out...

UNFORTUNATLEY... Out of focus

This is my first day out with a Bausch & Lomb Discoverer 60mm Spotter Scope. It was a GREAT deal in the classifieds... I could not pass it up. Focusing with it is going to take some practice.

Regardless, there is a flock of bald eagles that reside about five miles south of here. I went there today to look for them, but I was told I missed them by others who had gone searching for them as well. I did spy this beautiful bird in a tree, and wrestled with my scope to try to snap of a pic before he flew away. I was hoping that one of you experienced bird photographers would be able to identify it for me... I appreciate it.
