Something very different for me today!
The club organised a mini outing to Richmond Park on Sunday morning to photograph the deer rutting, something I've always wanted to do! Deer antlers on a misty morning was what I imagined, but on the morning there was no mist at all. After an hour or so following a heard around the rugby pitches ( I didn't know they played rugby) we trecked off up to the woods where we could hear some deer roaring! There amongst the autumnal undergrowth is where we found our best pictures.
I'm not about to become a wildlife photographer, I had to get up at 5am on Sunday and I don't own any camouflaged outfits! But this was really good fun.
We rewarded ourselves with a visit to the cafe for breakfast and a hot mug of tea!
PS sorry to all those who voted for yesterdays picture before it was pointed out that there were a few stray dust bunnies hanging around! I can't get away from animals at the moment!
