Morning people! A bit of a close up for todays Highland Cattle upload, full frame again, no crop at all, but a bit more processing needed on this one as it was very under exposed, so I hope I have done an okay job. I do like the bit of comedy in this one.......... He looks crazyGrinGrinGrin
This is the same young bull as in my image, earlier in the year, if anyone remembers it, and this one was taken just a few minutes before. See linkWink
A big thankyou for your votes and comments on the series so far. This might be last upload till after the weekend..............More to come in the series next timeWink So have a good weekend everyoneGrinGrin

Super shot and the remnants of what it has been eating help make the picture. Personally I would have cloned out the barbed wire.

I quite like a bit of barbed wireWink and I thought it made it balanced with the bit of tree at the other side. I am also not that hot at cloningSad

To get this close to a bull is scary after the stories of several people being killed by them over the last couple of years, glad you had the fence to protect you Diane.

Why should I pause, poor beast, to praise
Thy back so red, thy sides so white;
And on thy brow those curls in which
Thy mournful eyes take no delight?

First of all I think the image has got all ingredients needed for the impact! He looks scared or not happy to be restrained by the wire in my view.
So the barbed wire HAD to stay in the shot! (But I also like to see the bits of green he is munching)! GrinGrinGrin
Well done you! Enjoy the weekend and stay warm. IB

Really well taken. Nice detail/texture especially on that very close-up nose! Have to agree the barbed wide should go, it's a bit distracting.

Brilliant close up,I love those eyes.If your ok with the bull well the bull will be ok with you .We had one and I used to walk either in front or behind him along the road when we wanted to move him from one field to the other.But unfortunately he died a few week's back due to old age.
