This is part of a larger series taking a whimsical look at the stories of our childhood. This particular one is based on Beatrix Potters books (I particularly liked 'The Tale of Samuel Whiskers'). I've used Photoshop to enable me to let the idea grow and develop while I've been working on it.

I really quite like this. It's managed to hold my attention for about ten minutes so far Smile

I was constantly distracted by the cat on the table looking at the camera though. Maybe the image you've very cleverly created could be improved even further, if all of the cat shots were of the cat sitting and staring at the camera?

Almost bang on. The cat's head doesn't quite blend with the human body, but otherwise fantastic (and scarily odd). Well done. Edmund

Thanks everyone for your helpful comments. I have to say that I agree there is a problem with the cat head on the body - I suspect I should have made the next underneath darker to blend it better... all good practice for the next one!
