Welcome to EPZ Dori.
This is a really beautiful shot. The colours are gorgeous, and the timing of the girl running through the wheat is well done.
The light is behind the girl, so her face is a little dark, and this can easily be corrected in Photoshop. That hair across her face can be cloned out also.
I would also suggest a crop to more her off centre, to give the impression of her running into the frame.
I have loaded a mod with these adjustments, hope you find them useful.

Hi Dori, and welcome to epz!
Nice first image and great move putting it into crit.
I can't really add too much to Willie's crit, but have posted a different interpretation. I softened the cereal but kept the little girl's features sharp by using a layer mask. Also cropped the frame so she is running into the middle picture roughly from the third, and lightened her face of course. I rather like the stray hair myself as I think it helps show movement, so I left it.

lovely shot of the girl playing in the field, the colours are lovely and i like the picture a lot,
just a couple of niggles in that there is a distracting strand across the girls face and the composition would be improved by placing the figure nearer to the top third to give space to move into the image.
