Lovely detail, i'd convert this to full mono - that ribbon swarf is (i think) quite beautiful.
This does indeed make an attractive shot, somewhat abstract, bout with beautiful shaped, tones and edges. I agree with Jack that you may get the best out of this with a mono conversion, so in my mods I have cropped a little from the left to make a 10 X 8 format for printing; removed noise with Noise Ninja; converted to mono and sharpened; added contrast. Mod2 is mod1 with a duo toned effect.

Thank you all so much! I will definitely look into putting it into mono and see how it comes out after all of you have suggested this. Thank you too banehawi for the time you took to work on the 2 Modifications. This is so exciting to have this facility and lovely to have expertise from yourselves.
