Gaining a good vantage point on a calm clear afternoon, I made good use of the fine conditions to capture this crisp landscape shot.

Just a whisk away from Fort Bingemma, the highest ridge on the Island, I could savour most of the northern region beneath me ... to the far left lies the beautiful dome of Mgarr Church, center beneath the horizon lies Mellieha, one may even make out Fort Campbell at Selum further to the right. Quite a breathtaking view from up here folks!

I loved the rich farmland down in the valley beneath me ... beautiful shades of green across the picturesque terraced fields. It does quite look like a postcard to me.

Hope you find the shot to your liking, all comments and feedback would be welcome. Please view larger to appreciate the detail.

Joe

A wonderfully far-reaching vista, Joe, with some beautiful greens in the valley. Gorgeous landscape.

Allie's nicked my words; suppose that confirms it though. Endless vista and sumptuous greenery. Well done.
