"Best of the rest"

I submitted this photo to DSLR User magazine for their August 2008 "Airshow Experiences" competition. I was stunned to open my copy last night and discover that, although I had missed one of the 6 winning places, my image had been chosen as one of the "Best of the rest". I'm chuffed to bits especially as the article says that "we were swamped with entries! Here's the top 15....."

Woohoo.

This is a Vulcan bomber I photographed at the East Fortune Museum of Flight, near Edinburgh.
