I can't let summer pass without at least one shore dinner. This is the quintessential Maine fare, famous around the world.
Oddly enough, I remember a time when lobsters were used for fertilizer, and considered poor man's food!
v2 is the lobster pound where we ate located in Belfast, Maine.
By the way, yesterday's shadow was a power line.

An extremely lavish lunch, one which certainly makes for a great rich and vibrant still life, Photograph number II certainly provides us with the wider picture, very inviting, "if only I could fly"...

Lovely colour and clarity in that sunshine, Joline. Not sure I'd know how to start eating that feast.

Is that the Maine version of fish and chips ? But of course with Stephen King a resident, it must be slightly up market, and have a surprise in it somewhere
Many thanks for your UA Joline. It was very kind of you, and I was well chuffed (pleased
).
Barry
my mouth is watering. I sit here drooling and licking my lips. I want to reach out.
