Still trying to find "Different" Airshow shots.
This one was taken right at the end of the display.
Red#10 had given us lots of information over the Tannoy about the pilots, their flights and their family connections, and this pilot was flying in his last display, as they're only allowed two seasons (or something like that) and he wanted to have his final farewell. All the other Reds had disappeared by now ![]()
Liked the smoke, the sky and the ickle weeny plane, so I decided the pano format might suit well, see what you think!
Have a good evening, halfway through the week nearly - - looking forward to a quiet weekend (perhaps!) ![]()
Thanks for calling by, comments welcome as always ![]()
Cheers!

This is different and strong! I can almost hear the aircraft as it curls through the sky... It's great Fran.
Mike
It was just the icing on the cake for me, Mike, on Saturday, they just all disappeared over the horizon, but on Sunday, as the rest of them faded into the distance, he gave us all an extra 50 penneth worth - - low passes and HUGE smoke trails - - perfect way to finish it all!
Thanks

A nice shot Fran, suits the crop well. Kai's got almost the identical shot that he wants to put up but as you say I think everyone's tired of them now.
Darren.
What a wonderful last flight for him.
Well taken Fran.....bet the pilot would love to have a copy of this.
Hilary
Like this one Fran. Well cropped to emphasise the solitary jet and the vapour trail. Good result.
Nick
