This was featured e2 photo a moment ago.
Great shot on the kestrel but the framing isn't so good. I think it would look much better with the bird towards the top left, since it's moving to the right. And it needs a bit of space between its wing-tips and the frame. Since the background's so nicely blurred, it should be very easy to move the bird around by cropping, extending the canvas and cloning in new background.
