It is Tinkers 18th Birthday today, so I thought I would share with you a picture of our old boy ... not looking bad considering he was near deaths door in early 2011 and again very unwell at the beginning of this year, but true to his nature, he has bounced back ... he is almost deaf (like me), and this year has suddenly acquired a loving nature ... GrinGrinGrin

Thank you all for popping by yesterday and for your lovely comments and votes on "Zygocactus", it is a hard flower to capture, and I was lucky to get two out of about a dozen.

I'll say thanks to you all from Tinker, and Scrimmy believe me I know what you are talking about, he has been an absolute menace, would slam his claws into my arm or hand and slash with his teeth, I have lost count of how many time he has bitten me, how many times he has swiped my ankles and raked my leg as I've walked past him, and believe me he rules the household ... but for all that I love him dearly. Thank you everyone for your birthday wishes, if he spoke our language I am sure Tinker would thank you himself ... Jim he didn't get fish, but he did get freshly cooked chicken and I think that really made his day Grin

he still is a very handsome chap Smile it is strange how old cats often become so affectionate in their late years.
