Hi everyone, I took the photo on the spur of the moment. He is a kitchen porter, it was taken in a dim corridor with spot lights.

I really like it, and I simply like a few opinions!

Thanks for your time!

Tom

Looks good to me.
It's a bit underexposed; the histogram doesn't reach the RHS if you check its levels. I've made an adjustment using curves.
Really, this is crying out for a touch of fill flash, just to lighten his face. Having said that there are catchlights (just about) in his eyes which could be enhanced and by not using flash, you've avoided any reflections on his glasses.
You could crop some from the top perhaps, otherwise I think that the composition's OK, it's sharp and he's not standing woodenly, wearing a blank expression, which adds interest.
I reckon it's pretty good!

Bren.

Welcome to EPZ Thomas. Its a really good spur of the moment candid. Brens mod hits the spot, - just a touch brighter.

Enjoy the site,

Willie

The basic image is quite good but it is rather under exposed. You give us no data to go on. Brighten things up and crop the top down to just below his hair line. I would even go as far as a landscape crop to face and hands.
