3 images focus-stacked, taken low - about a foot off the ground.
The sky was clear, so I changed it for one with some clouds attached : ).
This link shows the technique I used to select the sky in order to change it to something different. The video tutorial is for hair, but transfers as a technique very well in my opinion.
This is up for critique and mods - I've done a few hay-bale landscapes, but I would like to know how to improve an image like this too, so all feedback appreciated.

The focus stacking has produced a wealth of detail and displays the DOF the technique creates in those who can use it.
You did a good job replacing the sky, but would try to tone down the contrast of it with the shrub at the upper left.

Looks very good to me, Andrew. Although I know nothing about the technique used, I can't see how this lovely composition can be improved.

Thanks for sharing all the ideas. The image works really well. I think making the light more directional on the tall tree might be useful. The light seems to fall in a different direction from that which the shadows would suggest.... or I'm being silly (not impossible!).
