When the sun hits the flowers they are almost fluorescent and sunglasses are needed to view them......lol.
Had to take out 2 cars,3 road signs and about 10 lamp posts but managed to get the shots without the many people who are constantly in the field.
Don't know why it's Blackstone because it's Red.....and someone has put a St Georges flag on it.

How often do we see something like this nowadays? Well done, Blackstone. I like the bit of red in the sky, echoing the colour of the poppies, which tends to hold the layers together nicely. Also, a good bit of cloning.
What a wonderful splash of colour. Very beautiful scene, Keith.

where where where on earth did you find this gorgeous poppy field? if only you knew how hard I have been looking for one such field - all that beautiful colour - great
Thanks...
ANN...nearly missed it...after waiting 3 years.
I went past it a few weeks ago and there was nothing there.
RobMacD off here told me it was there the other day...and despite being a copy cat I went along just to have a little look..he he.
Got a few more so all BEWARE....

I did a wedding shoot in this field tonight, it was packed with people. I must pop back some time to do a landscape. Good shot though, possible to much sky for my liking.
Now that is a field of poppies. Great capture and great work.
Regards
David
