This is another image from Blairadam woods in Kinrosshire. Really like the way the light produced great light and shadows in this particular image.
I'm also going to upload a few different variations of this image.
Thanks for looking.
lovely shot, hauntingly tranquil!

Fantastic exposure Scott..Brilliant warm light...Very nice shot indeed. rgs, Rob.
The B&W would look good also Scott.
Really nice.Number 1 is my personal favourite.
Good work though on all of them.
Excellent sequence. I like the sepia treatment in 5 & 6.
well after going through them all, it's #1 for me
Great atmospheric shot. No. 1 best for me
Like the detail and colours you have captured.
Good to see the various image too.
Superb atmosphere, colours, lighting and composition are excellent
Number 1 is for me, but I also quite like the toning in number 5
Stunning work. Very atmospheric. Love the #1 version, and i think the 2 last versions are perfect for halloween postcard
Version 2 for me by far.
A most attractive Autumninal scene. I quite like the black and white version.
# 1 not keen on the rest
I like the crop on #2
great work throughout
Nice shot, good use of light and shadow.
Like this composition
Well well thanks for the response and I'm glad you like it. I'm not totally sure which is my favourite but I'm thinking 2 at the moment, so thanks folks. Interesting idea for the postcard, rather spooky.
Great lighting and composition. I also like version 2 best.
You picked the best version to post.
Congrats on your well deserved RC. And I agree with Rose. Cheers, Martin
Love this version - stunning
Nice to see all the different versions, I like 1 and 8,
Great light and shadows.
LOL - Apart from getting dizzy from flipping between all the versions, I'll choose #1!
That's a fistful of version and all have their merits. For me #1, as it contains the colours that we love this time of year for. I do like the B&W, but also love the emphasis that the duotone puts on the copper coloured leaves.
The light and shadows are really well captured as are the autumn colours. JNC
Wow thanks for the response on this one, I did get a bit carried away with different variation but I will have less on next upload I promise. Thanks for all your kind comments.
Great light and shadows.
1 and 4 work for me.
Nice to see this get the recognition it deserves.
Thanks again Paul, glad you are liking my woodland series.

Fabulous, also like the b&w version but the colours of your version 1 are wonderful
